The location is great!

The room could've used some updating. The carpet looked pretty old, the furniture was a bit scratched and beat up. The bathroom had a new vanity but the shower seemed pretty old.

Really feels like a 5-star resort. Loved being able to saunter down to the Noggin Room for meals. Easy walk to town. Awesome water view from our room. Patio outside our room. Comfy beddings. Lots of hot water. What else do you need!

The Perry hotel has old world charm. It is located downtown Petoskey in walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was average but is included in the price. This means that omelettes were precooked and not made at each order. Nice restaurant in the hotel.

Old world charm and the breakfast is very good. Having various places to relax is nice (fireplace, bar, porch...) Location is walking distance to all of Petoskey.

Rooms and beds were small, but that is part of the charm. We came expecting that.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The old fashioned doors did not keep out the hallway sounds, so people talking in the hallway woke us up.

Location in regards to surrounding area interests. Skiing, restaurants, breweries, etc.

Room size is described as cozy...for a good reason. I would not recommend for an extended stay or for large families.

love that they gave you $25 for each of my two day stay for the restaurant. Great location.

Location was a little hard to get into and there was a gap in the door so that every time someone went out side door the door kept making noise.

We loved the quaint charm of the room. It looked old, but had the modern day conveniences that provide a great amount of comfort. Excellent, gorgeous views from our balcony and a wonderful location in the city-many sights within walking distance.

The balcony door was extremely difficult to open and close-a minor nuisance.

It's a block from all the stores in Petoski so it's easy to get around and shop on foot. Trails along the bay shore are great exercise and facilities are spaced out okay. Breakfast at the hotel is great, a bit pricey, but it's local and great.

It was 85-95F while we were there, and the room didn't have it's own AC, so we were slightly warmer than we like, but it wasn't unpleasant. The central AC did an adequate job.

A classic Victorian hotel that has charm, location, and a great view of the lake. Our room had two double beds and was relatively small compared to a newer hotel, but the ambiance of this hotel was a fair trade-off.

The room was way too warm. We could not turn the heat down on our own and we had to call the reception a few times to turn it down. We finally asked for a fan... It was above 75 in our room. Other guests near our room were complaining about the same thing

I love this grand old hotel! If we're in Petoskey, we're staying here! The location could not be better. It's one of my all-time favorite places to stay!

Excellent stay top to bottom, the hotel maintenance even helped me change a flat tire. Thumbs up to the Stafford perry!
